Ingredients

1 can (15 oz.) garbanzo beans, drained
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 c. nonfat buttermilk dressing
2 Tbsp. chopped pitted ripe olives
2 Tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation

In a food processor or blender, combine garbanzo beans, yogurt, salad dressing, bread crumbs, lemon juice and red pepper. Cover and process until smooth.
Stir in olives.
Chill, uncovered, for at least one hour.
Serve with vegetable dippers or crackers.
Makes about 1 2/3 cups.
