Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
dash of nutmeg
1 c. strawberry slices, divided
1 c. whipping cream and 1/4 c. confectioners sugar or 1 c. Cool Whip
1 graham cracker crust (9-inch)
Preparation

Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and nutmeg, mixing until well blended.
Mash 3/4 cup of strawberries.
Stir into cheese mixture.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Fold in remaining strawberries.
Spoon into crust.
Chill several hours or overnight.
Garnish with strawberries.
