Beef And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    4 scallions, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Tater Tots (seasoned, shredded potatoes)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat, stirring often until brown and crumbly.
    Drain excess fat.
    Add scallions and cook for 3 more minutes.
    Stir in vegetables and undiluted soups; mix well.
    Top with Tater Tops arranging evenly over beef mixture.
    Bake about 35 minutes or until bubbly and potatoes are crisp and browned.
