Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chopped rhubarb
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
Preparation

Place rhubarb in a 6 x 10-inch baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon and salt.
Mix the flour, sugar and butter; sprinkle over the rhubarb.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Serve warm with whipped cream.
