Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 to 8 medium, tart apples, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 Tbsp. flour, blended with 2/3 to 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and toss with apples.
Place apple mixture into pie dish lined with pie crust.
Brush edges of crust with milk.
Lay pastry for upper crust.
Trim edges and flute.
Pierce with fork for steam vents.
Sprinkle top crust with cinnamon-sugar mix.
Bake in hot oven (450\u00b0) for 15 minutes, then reduce to 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
