Beef Stew Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 lb.) can Castleberry's beef stew
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Pour beef stew into 2-quart casserole dish. Mix next 6 ingredients together and pour on top of the beef stew. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until brown and bubbly.
