Waldorf Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery
    1 carrot (bite size)
    2 potatoes, cut in chunks
    1/2 can tomato soup
    1 Tbsp. tapioca
    1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Put roast, onions, celery, carrots and potatoes in casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with seasonings.
    Add tomato soup to mixture and rinse can with a little water.
    Cover with lid and cook 5 hours at 250\u00b0.
    Do not raise lid.
    Do not brown meat; makes its own gravy.
