Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 stick margarine (cubed)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. shredded Colby cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch greased pan. Cover with foil and bake until bubbly.
    When casserole is about done, top with 1 cup crushed corn flakes and 1/2 stick melted margarine, mixed.
    Leave foil off and continue to bake until lightly brown.
