Old Fashioned Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter and shortening mix
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs (add one at a time)
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs, vanilla and sifted dry ingredients to make firm dough.
    Roll thin, cut and bake.
    May also be used as drop cookies.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
