Beans And Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cannellini beans
3 garlic cloves, crushed
4 ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
salt and freshly ground pepper
6 Tbsp. extra olive oil
3/4 c. fresh sage
Preparation

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the garlic and sage; saute.
Add the tomatoes and simmer gently for 20 minutes.
Add the beans, cover and cook over very low heat for 30 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper. The finished dish should have the consistency of a soup.
