Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes(A Farm Journal Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. (about 9) medium potatoes
    1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    4 Tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until tender.
    Drain. Combine potatoes, sour cream, 4 tablespoons butter, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Beat with electric mixer on low speed until blended, then on high speed until light and fluffy.
