Oatmeal Chocolate Drop Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
12 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 eggs
12 oz. pkg. Nestle semi-sweet chocolate morsels (may use less if you desire; 12 Tbsp. equals approximately 1 c.)
12 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. soft butter or shortening
1/2 Tbsp. water
2 c. Quaker or Mother oatmeal (uncooked)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Sift flour, soda and salt together and set aside.
Blend butter, sugars, vanilla and water.
Beat in egg and add flour mixture.
Mix well.
Stir in oats and chocolate morsels.
Drop by rounded half-teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
