Shredded Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 shredded wheat biscuits (large)
    2/3 c. honey
    2 c. boiling water
    6 c. unbleached flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. yeast
Preparation
    Combine wheat biscuits, butter, honey and salt.
    Add water and cool.
    Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
    Add to biscuit mixture.
    Stir in flour with heavy spoon or spatula.
    Don't knead. Place in two loaf pans.
    Let rise until double, about 1 hour. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from pans and cool.
