Wild Rice And Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. quick cooking long grain and wild rice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 c. diced, cooked chicken
Preparation
    Prepare rice as directed on package.
    Spoon into lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Meanwhile, melt butter in saucepan; blend in flour.
    Gradually add milk and stir over low heat until thickened and smooth.
    Add cheese and lemon juice, stirring until cheese is melted.
    Add chicken and sauce to rice; mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
