Baked Curried Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can cling peach slices, drained*
    1 lb. can pineapple chunks, drained*
    1 lb. can sour cherries, drained*
    1 lb. can apricot halves, drained*
    4 navel oranges, peeled and diced or 1 can mandarin oranges, drained and discard juice
    1 lemon, juiced
    2 c. white wine or Rose
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    *Can drain all these into a common pitcher to make a juice drink.
