Cranberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    juice of 1 orange
    3 Tbsp. melted margarine
    rind of grated orange
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. raw cranberries
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Take juice of 1 orange and add enough boiling water to make 3/4 cup.
    Then add 3 tablespoons melted margarine, add rind of grated orange.
    Add 1 cup chopped nuts and 1 cup chopped raw cranberries.
    Pour into well-greased bread pan and let stand for 20 minutes before baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
    Let cool a few minutes before removing from pan.
