Spinach Sausage Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 eggs
    1 Tbsp. water
    salt, pepper, garlic powder
    2 pie shells
    2/3 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    2 pkg. chopped spinach, drained
    1 egg yolk
Preparation
    Cook sausage; drain.
    In a large bowl, add all ingredients. Place in an uncooked pie shell.
    Top with second crust.
    Cut a hole the size of a quarter in top crust.
    Brush top crust with egg yolk. Bake for 1 1/4 hours at 375\u00b0.
