Cmp Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 c. flour
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. peanut butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 box chocolate pudding
1 box vanilla pudding
2 3/4 c. milk
9 oz. Cool Whip
chopped nuts
Hershey bits

Preparation

Mix 1 stick butter, flour and 3/4 cup nuts in an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
