Carrot Fish Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 carrot, chopped
    pinch of marjoram
    pinch of thyme
    squirt of white wine
    1 lb. shrimp or calamari
    oil
    1 bouillon cube (chicken)
    water (if needed)
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil until soft.
    Add carrot, marjoram and thyme.
    Add squirt of wine.
    Add fish and bouillon cube.
    Cook 1/2 hour on low flame.
    Add water if needed.
