Caviar Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 hard-cooked eggs
1/2 c. softened butter
2 small white onions, finely chopped
2 jars (4 oz.) caviar
1 c. sour cream
parsley, chopped
Preparation

Sieve eggs and mix with butter.
Spread in a glass serving dish, covering sides and bottom.
Chill thoroughly.
Add alternate layers of onions and caviar.
Spread sour cream over caviar. Sprinkle parsley around edges.
Serve with crackers and small rye bread slices.
