Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. canned sweet potatoes
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. butter
2 large eggs
1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat sweet potatoes, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, 1/4 cup butter, eggs, vanilla and granulated sugar until smooth.
Pour into buttered 2-quart casserole.
Mix remaining 1/4 cup butter, brown sugar, flour and pecans together (crumbles). Sprinkle on top of potato mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
