Stir-Fry Meal-In-One(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon, diced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut in thin strips
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 c. cooked green peas
    3 c. cooked rice, cooked in chicken broth
    1/4 c. pimento, diced
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In large skillet or wok, cook bacon and onion until transparent.
    Add chicken; continue cooking about 5 minutes.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Heat thoroughly.
