Yuletide Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

26 oz. bottle brandy
26 oz. bottle champagne
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. pineapple, cubed
Preparation

Reserve 1/2 cup of brandy and set aside.
Pour remaining brandy, champagne, sugar and pineapple into a large saucepan. Stir frequently over medium heat until near boiling.
Remove from heat.
Carefully pour in reserved brandy and ignite.
Let punch flame 1 minute, then ladle into mugs.
