Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
1/2 stick butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and half of milk.
Add beaten eggs and mix. Add rest of milk.
Fold in melted butter.
Add vanilla and stir. Pour in unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then lower temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake until done, until knife inserted in middle comes clean.
