Christmas Coated Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. pecans or almonds

Preparation

Mix the dry ingredients.
Whisk egg white until frothy.
Mix in nuts until well coated.
Spread on cookie sheet.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Remove; cool on foil.
