Thin Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. almond bark
1 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. mint flavoring
4 drops green coloring
3 Tbsp. cream (approximately)
Preparation

Put 2/3 of almond bark and chocolate chips in bowl.
Microwave 2 1/2 to 3 minutes to melt.
Put half of this on wax paper lined 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cool in refrigerator until hard.
Let the rest set at room temperature.
Microwave other 1/3 of almond bark for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, until soft.
Add coloring and flavoring.
Add cream until smooth enough to spread on chocolate layer.
Cool and top with the rest of chocolate.
Cool.
To cut, bring to room temperature.
