Blanket Franks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 slices white bread (no crusts)
6 hot dogs, cut in half
6 slices cheese
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

About 2 1/2 hours before serving, in a greased 13 x 9 x 3-inch baking dish, place 6 slices of bread. Cover with hot dogs and cheese. Top with the rest of the bread.
Pour on combined mixture of eggs, milk, salt, pepper and dry mustard. Refrigerate 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Bake franks for 1 hour before serving.
