Marinated Vegetables(8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can purple hull peas
    1 can red kidney beans
    1/4 c. sliced green onion
    2 c. chopped cabbage
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 dashes hot pepper sauce
    1/4 c. Italian dressing
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Drain peas and beans. Rinse with cold water and drain again. Combine with all remaining ingredients.
    Stir gently to mix well. Chill several hours or overnight.
    Serve as a side dish or salad. Since this combination contains no eggs or mayonnaise, it is a good choice for picnics or cookouts.
