Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. beef broth
    3/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/4 c. parsley
    1/4 c. shallots
    1 c. rice
    pork chops (optional the number)
Preparation
    Mix soups, broth, rice, bell pepper, shallots and parsley together.
    Mix well.
    Season pork chops.
    Place mixture in large casserole dish.
    Put pork chops on top of mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour covered.
    Remove, cover and bake for 20 minutes longer.
