Stir-Fry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breast fillets
    2 Tbsp. sliced fresh ginger
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. sliced onion
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    Cut chicken fillets into small strips.
    Place in dish. Sprinkle with ginger.
    Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours.
    Remove ginger.
    Add seasoned salt, brown sugar and pepper; mix well. Heat sesame oil and vegetable oil in wok.
    Add chicken mixture; stir-fry until 3/4 cooked.
    Add onion and soy sauce.
    Stir-fry until chicken is tender.
    Drizzle with lemon juice; mix gently. Remove from heat.
    Serves 4.
