Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. water
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar (do not omit)
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
food coloring

Preparation

Mix ingredients in electric skillet at medium setting, stirring with wooden spoon.
It is ready fast!!
