Soyameat And Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped onion
    1 c. diced celery
    1 can Fri Chik
    2 eggs
    2 c. water
    6 slices bread, cubed and toasted very dry
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/16 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Melt margarine and add onion and celery.
    Cover and cook until tender.
    Remove Fri Chik from liquid, saving liquid; dice the chicken.
    Beat eggs slightly; add water and liquid from meat, then bread cubes.
    Let stand.
    Add herbs and nuts.
    Mix well, then add celery onion mixture.
    Fold in diced meat.
    Bake, covered, in greased 2-quart casserole at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Then bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes.
    Serve with gravy.
