Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. finely chopped nuts
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil together.
    Add well beaten eggs and mix well. Combine dry ingredients and stir in.
    Mix until smooth.
    Add chopped nuts and carrots.
    Bake in 3 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
