Turkey Or Chicken Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    meat from 2 baked chickens or turkey pieces, boned and skinned
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and squeezed out or fresh cooked broccoli (enough to cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan)
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 c. sour cream or 1 c. thick milk
Preparation
    Place broccoli in pan first, then chicken pieces on top.
    Mix sauce and pour over the top.
    Sprinkle on cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    (Other vegetables optional to your taste.)
