Crab Melt - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 oz. crabmeat
1 stick butter (oleo)
1 jar Old English cheese
garlic salt
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
dash of hot sauce
English muffins

Preparation

Cut muffins into one quarter.
Mix all ingredients and spread on muffins.
Broil until lightly browned.
