Grandma'S Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Grease an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
    Mix the flour, corn meal, sugar, salt and baking soda in a medium bowl. Mix vinegar, milk, beaten egg and melted butter in a small bowl (vinegar and milk will sour).
    Mix liquid ingredients into dry ingredients.
    Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
