Dad'S Door County Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground beef
3 cans dark kidney beans
3 cans stewed tomatoes
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
3 tsp. salt
9 beef bouillon cubes
3 c. diced onions
4 1/2 Tbsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. thyme
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
4 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 1/2 Tbsp. horseradish
4 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 Tbsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda*
Preparation

Saut ground beef. Add remaining ingredients. Cook slowly 2 hours or longer.
