Tropical Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
2 c. hot water
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, not drained
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. mayonnaise or sour cream
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 Tbsp. horseradish
2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Chill until slightly thickened. Combine all other ingredients and add to Jell-O.
Chill.
Unmold and garnish with greens and whole walnuts.
