Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. allspice
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. cloves
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped pecans
    4 eggs
    2 c. pumpkin
    1 c. oil
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. rum
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix eggs, pumpkin, oil, water and rum.
    Combine with dry ingredients, mixing well.
    Fold in pecans and raisins.
    Bake in two loaf pans for 45 to 60 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Bread pulls away from side of pan when done and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
