Angel Food Dream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 angel food cake (either bought or homemade)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry flavor Jell-O
1 pt. heavy cream

Preparation

Bring to a rolling boil in a saucepan sugar, water, pineapple and Jell-O.
Simmer 10 to 12 minutes and chill until firm.
Whip heavy cream and fold in Jell-O mixture.
Frost cake, filling hole. Return to refrigerator and chill until serving.
Can be frozen.
