Clara'S Hot Homemade Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg yolk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. red pepper (more or less to taste)
    3/4 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    In blender, beat egg yolk, then add vinegar. Beat.
    Add mustard, seasoned salt and red pepper and mix well. Drop oil, one teaspoon at a time, into egg mixture, beating constantly, until 1/4 cup oil is used. Drizzle oil in slowly, beating constantly, until rest of oil is blended in.
    When mixture is thickened, add the lemon juice, a little at a time, until well blended. Keep stored in refrigerator.
