Blintz Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen blintzes
    1/4 lb. butter
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 lb. sour cream
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. orange juice
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 2-quart casserole and place blintzes in one layer.
    Mix remaining ingredients well and pour over blintzes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    You may use 2 packages of the same flavor of blintzes, or you can mix them.
