Japanese Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour (self-rising)
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 1/2 c. raisins
    1 1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well and pour into tube pan and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Test for doneness by inserting cake tester or case knife, should come out clean and dry.
