Greek Hamburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    2 tsp. oregano
    3 Tbsp. red wine
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    salt and pepper
    sliced onions
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except onions.
    Form into hamburger patties and fry.
    In another pan, melt butter and fry onions until soft.
    Serve hamburgers on buns.
    Top with fried onions, lettuce and tomato.
