Sauerkraut Salad(This Salad Goes Great With Polish Sausage.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sauerkraut, drained
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix the vegetables together in a large bowl.
    Add the remaining ingredients to the vegetables, and mix well.
    Cover and chill for 3 to 4 hours before serving.
    Serves 6 to 8.
