Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) pork tenderloin
    2 cloves garlic
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
Preparation
    Puncture tenderloin every inch on top and insert sliver of garlic.
    Place in roasting pan and cook for 3/4 to 1 hour at 325\u00b0, or until meat thermometer reaches 160\u00b0 to 170\u00b0.
    About 20 minutes before roast is done, cut onion and bell pepper into slices and add to pan.
    Save juices for gravy.
