*Cheese And Mushroom Triangles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
    1/2 lb. cream cheese, softened
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 lb. filo dough
    1/2 lb. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine cheeses and add eggs.
    Cut filo in 2-inch strips. Stack and keep covered with damp towel.
    Take one strip and brush with butter.
    Place another strip on top and brush with butter. Place a rounded teaspoonful of filling on end of strip.
    Fold one corner to opposite side to form a triangle.
    Continue folding, keeping triangular shape.
    Brush top with melted butter.
    Place triangles on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    (Freezes well.)
