Mock Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
4 Tbsp. flour
1 c. cooked carrots
1 c. cooked celery, cut in small pieces
1 c. cooked potato, diced
1 1/4 c. cooked fresh peas (or one 1 lb. can)
1 (13 oz.) can tuna, flaked
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Melt butter; add flour and cook 2 minutes.
Add milk slowly, stirring constantly until thickened.
Add all other ingredients. Put in buttered baking dish and cover with baking powder biscuit dough.
Bake 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Makes 6 servings.
