Cajun Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ears fresh tender corn
    4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 large ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 medium white onion, sliced in thin circles
    1 tsp. sugar
    sprinkle of Tony's all-purpose seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Cut corn lengthwise through less than half of corn kernel.
    Cut second time to remove of grain (don't cut deeply into the corn cob).
    In a heavy skillet, combine oil, corn, tomatoes and seasonings.
    Cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring to keep from sticking.
    Cover and let stand for a few minutes before serving.
    Serves 6 to 8.
