Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. broccoli
    1 c. onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    carrots (to taste)
    salt and pepper (to taste)
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    2 c. milk
    3 pkg. chicken bouillon
    8 oz. Velveeta or farmer cheese
    4 tsp. flour
Preparation
    Saute broccoli, onions and carrots with margarine until tender.
    Add flour for thickening.
    Add broth mix with milk.
    Add cheese last and cook until cheese melts and thickens.
